1. Question.Are there any days you are closed?
Answer: our Coustmer is very important to all of us here at A1Limousine Service, Inc we are open twentyfour hours a day, seven days a week.

2. Question. Do you have a Lost and Found department?

Answer: Yes, we do. Please call 312-642-2222 and ask for Lost & Found .its 24 Service Please understand that A1Limousine Service, Inc. is not responsible for any articles that are lost or left in the limousines, but we will certainly do our best to help you locate any lost items.

3. Question. Do you have child seats in your limousines and sedans?

Answer: yes we do  have child seats, but all vehicles are equipped with the proper seat belts if you choose to bring your own child seat.and we can bring you one.This service has an additional fee.

4. Question. Do your rates vary based upon time of day or day of week?

Answer:Our rates are the same seven days a week except that there is a late night surcharge for trips started after 12:00 AM and before 5:00AM.

5. Question. Do all weddings have to be booked as charters?

Answer: Yes, weddings must be booked as charters whenever anyone from the bridal pary is present in the vehicle. However, guests of the wedding are welcome to book town to town reservations to handle their individual transportation to the events.

6. Question. What credit cards do you accept?

Answer: We take all major credit cards including American Express, Diners Card, Discover Card, MasterCard, and Visa.

7. Question.What happens if my flight is delayed?

Answer: At A1Limousine Service, we have the technology to monitor all flights arriving at O’Hare and Midway airports, providing we have your correct flight information. As your estimated arrival approaches, our system will automatically update your reservation with any changes in arrival time. Therefore, there is no need to call and inform us of delays we will have this information. The only time we ask that you call is if you are bumped to a different flight or you missed your flight.

8. Question.Will your driver help me with my luggage?

Answer:Yes, our drivers are trained to help you with your luggage.

9. Question. May I smoke in the automobile?

Answer:In respect of all of our clients, smoking is usually not permitted, although a smoking car may be available by request.

10. Question. What happens if I go over the rented time?

Answer: You are responsible for any additional time over your rented time, if the vehicle is available. { If not reserved for another client immediately following your booked time.}

11. Question. Is alcohol permitted in the automobile?

Answer: Alcohol is permitted in the automobile. (If everyone in the car is over 21)

12 .Do you meet passengers in the airport?

Answer: Yes, we provide a service called baggage meets. Since September 11th, airport regulations restrict our greeters from going to the gates, so our greeters meet passengers in the baggage claim area. Our greeters carry black & white A1Limousine Service signs with the passengers’ last names. This service has an additional fee and requires a private car.
